Kathleen Hunter, Ph.D., R.N.-B.C. and Toni Hebda, Ph.D., R.N.
Kathleen Hunter, Ph.D., R.N.-B.C.; Toni Hebda, Ph.D., R.N.; and Dee McGonigle, Ph.D., R.N., F.A.A.N. serve as faculty experts in the Chamberlain College of Nursing Master of Science in Nursing program. Dr. Hunter has been in nursing and health care education for more than 40 years, and co-chaired the first Education Work Group of the Computer-Based Patient Record Institute. Dr. Hebda has more than 30 years of experience in nursing and nursing education, and has published more than 15 articles in prestigious nursing journals and handbooks on topics such as informatics competencies, the TIGER Initiative, nursing and information systems, and computer assisted nursing instruction. Dr. McGonigle has 35 years of experience in nursing and nursing informatics, and co-founded the Online Journal of Nursing Informatics.
