About the RN/BSN Program
The RN/BSN online program teaches RNs a wide variety of subjects with the expectation of developing well-informed nurse leaders. By exploring each topic in detail, students are equipped to take on roles of greater responsibility and will be able to make a significant impact in their health facility.
Such topics include:
- Nursing and Technology
- Research and Nursing
- Nursing Concepts and Theory
- Leading and Managing in Nursing
- Health Promotion and Disease Prevention
- Population Based Nursing
- Health Maintenance and Restoration
- Health Care Policy
Because we have adapted our program to allow our students the opportunity to study their courses online, at a pace convenient to them, The Kent State University Nursing program is amongst the most flexible and convenient accredited programs available, fitting your busy work schedule and personal lifestyle as a nurse.
The Kent State University, College of Nursing, is accredited by the American Nurses Association, the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and the National League for Nursing.
