Nurse (RN and LPN) Shiftworkers
A 2-phase study examining sleep disturbances in American Indian (AI) nurse shiftworkers is in process. Phase-I: AI nurses, meeting inclusion criteria and completing the 30-40 minute on-line survey about time and sleep habits will receive a $10.00 gift card.
Phase-2: AI nurses, working 12-h shifts wear a wrist-watch size activity monitor for 5 (24-h) days that include 2 (12-h) night shifts. Participants receive $10.00/day for each day of data collected up to $50.00 plus an additional $25.00 gift card when the equipment has been returned and data have been verified.
